Initial phone call
During a brief free consultation, we will talk about the product portfolio you would like to outsource. We will ask questions about whether these are products you already manufacture, or whether you would like to commission us to manufacture a new product line. We will ask you to provide technical documentation to verify the feasibility of the product, as well as an estimate of your needs so that we can match the appropriate minimum order quantity (MOQ).
Consultation inside the 2Fasten team
Based on the information gathered and the technical documentation received, we perform an internal analysis with the design department and pricing. We determine the feasibility and provide the minimum order quantity that will allow us to achieve optimal production efficiency and significantly reduce the final price of the component.
Provide a quote and completion date
Once the MOQ is approved, we get down to preparing a meticulous estimate and determining the expected completion date. Statistically, it ranges from 4-6 weeks from order confirmation. Very importantly, we boast a 98% on-time delivery success rate. In the case of complex products, we offer to make a prototype or a small test batch to confirm the quality of manufacture with the technical documentation.
